Lars did eventually get his own apartment in Japan after transitioning from the Tekken Force barracks, but since the war started he’s become more of a nomad. At the moment, it’s more just an empty space and he has a tendency to loan it out to friends who are in town and need a place to stay since he’s always gone. He doesn’t keep any significant valuables there save for his civilian clothes and some personal effects.

He goes where he’s needed and will be stationed with whatever division he’s travelling with, be that a base/outpost, field camp, or more recently on Víðópnir. He stayed at Violet Systems for a brief period as well. Even though he jokes about living out of a duffel bag, he quite literally does as of late.

Yggdrasil does have a permanent base of operations, but due to the escalation of the war, Lars is never in one place for very long. With Víðópnir being an airship, you’re more likely to find him there; it’s easy to get to place-to-place while still having a semi-permanent space to call home.
