@musemade from Aimatia for Richard.
Cue the petite succubus happily sipping at her far too colorful drink that probably isn’t too healthy, but she doesn’t really care too much when it’s delicious. It’s why she’s so invested in her drink that she doesn’t notice someone looking at her drink.

“I thought a monster slipped into the sector with the way those kids were running--” Biggs lets out a laugh of relief, seeing just a lone Turk standing there when he rounded the corner. The man worked for Shinra, so...not far off from a monster he supposed but no reason for the little ones to look that scared. He’d have to talk to them before he headed back to sector 7.
“Any reason you’re scarin’ the kids?”

“I haven’t exactly been around for that long, so I haven’t seen all the different powers that are out there. But I never would have guessed that and organic being would have the ability to become mechanical.” He leaned forward slightly towards the other. His voice, while calm, did little to hide his intrigue. “How does it work?”

Serenity Sentence Starters
With her bare legs dangling over the edge of the Hotel Mirai swimming pool, Sonia was, as best as she could summarize it, in a state of shock unlike anything she, in all her seventeen years, had ever experienced before.
What had been an idyllic holiday, the Japanese school vacation of her dreams, had all come crashing down around her. The mechanical bear and the bunny-turned-teacher-turned-bear’s cohort had not lied: it was no holiday at all. Any and all skepticism that she and her peers possessed evaporated with the death of Togami and the subsequent trial and execution of Hanamura, found guilty for a crime no one had believed any of them were capable of. The Ultimate Princess knew that what they witnessed was no bluff at all: it was real, it had happened, two of their class were no longer with them and she needed a distraction. Something to ground her, to regain some sense of composure that could keep her from unraveling and sobbing and turning into everything she wasn’t supposed to be: undignified, messy, overly emotional, and impulsive. Four things that did not suit the future queen of Novoselic.
Neither did the mix of strangled cry and shriek that emerged from her lips.
Sonia thought she’d been alone, with the gentle waves of the pool forming in the evening breeze. She lost count of how long she’d been sitting by the edge, legs dropped into the water but her toes had begun to wrinkle and she’d been in deep thought of who she could trust. She wanted to believe in them all, to remain resolute that none of her new friends were capable of murdering another, but that plan had been shot to hell and she needed a new one. Perhaps a party of sorts, between a few of the girls who seemed friendly. At the moment, she was only truly wary of the Mechanic, though his title could have been ‘Ultimate Stalker’ and it still would have suited him.
Grabbing her red shoes and folded socks on instinct, the blonde scrambled to her feet and turned in the direction of the noise: Nekomaru Nidai, shouting as if he were the protagonist in a shonen anime before the season’s most important battle. A battle cry if there ever was one: his determination to live despite what they’d all just witnessed.
“N-nidai-san!” Sonia stammered, clutching her accessories to her chest as she addressed him. He’d just insisted he’d be living, and according to their animal instructors there was one way to do that. Sonia gulped as she stood straight, shoulders square and faced him. Despite the fact that until now he seemed to be in good humor, it did not change the fact that he was very loud, very large, and very strong. And she lacked the many benefits of being the Princess of Novoselic, mainly a hired security team and a military weapons arsenal at her disposal.
Not that she wished to kill anyone, but being prepared was the first rule of battle. Besides shooting first, naturally.
“You frightened me!” She exclaimed. Even if her posture commanded confidence, her eyes did not match it. “I am not in your way, am I? Were you looking to make use of the pool?”

Isao mumbled to himself, rubbing his temples in annoyance. Nothing could ever go as planned could it? All he wanted to do is finish his errands and go back home to his lovely kittens. But no he’s not given the chance.

“I heard about something you did today, Elijah,” Just from the statement alone, it was clear that Carl was upset. About what, though, that was yet to be determined. Despite that, though, his demeanor was eerily calm. Like bomb ready to explode if poked in the wrong way.
It was rare Carl ever went anywhere. Following the android revolution, after all, his health had been at its worst. Even now, he still had to go around with an oxygen machine to make the trip. His hired android, Alexander, had been the one to help him get to his dear friend’s house.
“Care to make a guess as to what it was? With all of your finite wisdom?”
