I once read a fic once that had Binghe in narration referring to Shen Qingqiu as "his flight risk of a beloved" and I think about it often. Because it's funny, but also, yes, true. Painfully (hilariously) true!

Shen Qingqiu's method of dealing with Problems via the fight/flight/etc system is flight -> freeze (just shut up and say nothing) -> fight.

Every time I see something implying Paris' life as an enslaved herdsman wasn't actually ~that bad~ I will be making explicitly worse. (I mean. Not really. It'd be too depressing. But also, yes I will.) Same with how people on here talk about Paris and Oenone. I will be making that relationship more negative for Paris, because she's an immortal nymph for whom slavery means nothing and he's an enslaved teenager at the point they have their relationship.
