October is Museum month. To celebrate my last term in college life and to regain my strength in my artsy crazy life: my goal is to visit museums and art exhibits in the country before and after I graduate. The first museum I visit is the famous National Museum! For crying out loud, this is my first time to ever visit this museum! Funny thing is idk even why didn’t had the time to visit this on my 5 years stay in Mapua, the fact that it’s only a few blocks away!! 

I was with my Mapuan friends when i visit the National Museum of Fine arts. and because it’s museum month, the entrance is completely freeee! The moment I got there, i was in awe. Especially when I finally saw the magnificent Spolarium of Luna. Finally, i get to gaze at the artworks of Fernando Amorsolo, Felix Hidalgo, Guillermo Tolentino and Victorio Edades. These are the Filipino artists I always look up to.

On the next day, one of my bestfriends ,Jas and I went to National Museum of Anthropology. Beautiful artifacts and sculptures that were preserved thousand years ago was there. Truly amazing. Even the 22th wall from Berlin stood there. 

These week has been an artsy kinda week and I’m hungry for more!
