Very unlikely we'll see these guys in the final episode (but as Pomi says: 'it's possible') but I wanted to have a bash at drawing what their full bodies may look like.

I like the sad clown. I'd feel like he'd have more normal body, but I love the idea of a clown caterpillar that makes serval squeaking nosies as he walks (hehheh. you sound like 3 clowns).

The green one is supposedly named 'Grinchilda' by the artist because it looked like a grinch and child? It's hard to tell from the image but I saw more of a Muppet like character. I also saw people see the nose as a beak? And I could also see that; bird muppet.

Pink cyclops and the clam MIIIIGHT be based on these figures, so maybe inspired by desk ornaments. I tried to give them a light unique spin here and there. The pink guy could also be goopy as opposed to fluffy.

wait guys we don't know exactly when ribbit abstracted. all we know is that they were the last one to abstract before kaufmo.

since zooble was the newest person before pomni, is there a chance that they and ribbit never got the chance to know each other?

New blog here but I have a theory I haven’t seen explored too much.

Ever since I first watched the series, abstractions have always made me think. What really happens to them irl? Why can’t Caine just fix them and put them back as human players? What happens to them in the cellar and are they still conscious?

Then I came up with a little bit of a theory: the characters abstract when they absolutely lose their minds right? What if their irl bodies contribute to abstracting too? Like, someone manages to take off the headset and that kickstarts the psychosis.

Let’s face it, none of them, except for maybe Pomni, would survive leaving the game. Their bodies are most likely decomposed from lack of nutrients and movement. If their headsets are taken off, their consciousness in the game could only last so long right? This could start the feelings of helplessness and mortality somehow?

Idk it was an idea and I thought I’d throw it to the other theorists for further polishing maybe

i haven’t been very active in the tadc fandom so idk if this has been pointed out already, but, are abstractions contagious?? like, it’s basically canon that caine caused the first abstraction by doing something to scratch’s mind, but i was wondering, would abstractions exist if this hadn’t happened? i mean, maybe people abstract because they know that they will, once they reach their breaking point, like a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy

maybe if caine hadn’t caused scratch to abstract, they wouldn’t live in constant fear of it and it’d be harder for them to reach their breaking point
