South African Museum
We drove into Cape Town to visit the museum and gardens.
Is it just us, or does everyone else encounter construction when they go on holidays? The museum is a construction zone at the moment. There's still some areas open for viewing but even in those areas you can hear all of the construction happening in the other areas.
We wandered around and saw some interesting things. We spent a few hours there and enjoyed what we could see. You can see how the museum is improving and I hope that the new areas look as good as some of the more recently installed exhibits.
Once we found the hall of death we left.
We had lunch in the Company's Gardens. I wrote a review on Zomato - follow us on https://www.zomato.com/users/bitcoin-shaman-32090895 if you want to read about the food we eat.
Pigeons add to the ambience in the gardens.
We napped in the afternoon. We're on holiday!
Then we walked the promenade and took some sunset shots.
