YES we eat the mushrooms!! my family lives as self-sufficient farmers in kaszuby in the north of poland, so during autumn, we rarely eat something else than mushrooms, potatoes, and cabbages. luckily, this region is fucking full of them, so we have our work cut out for us. we go out collecting them almost every day, and eat them almost every day as well! yesterday i had pancakes stuffed with mushrooms, today i had a mushroom soup, and i am sure tomorrow will be filled with mushrooms as well. as we want mushrooms and their tasty vitamins for the whole year, we also dry the on the oven place, so the whole house just carries their earthy smell which i adore
