where am I?

So where am I now in this process?

I’m wireframing like a fiend! I’ve got more user experience iterations than you could bat an eye at. I’m experimenting with both traditional navigation and brand-new flows. I’m seeking inspiration from Path, the new updates to Instagram, Stamped, and other social apps. Right now, I’m leaning toward a funneled approach to the flow, instead of a main tabbed navigation. My goal for this week is to create an intuitive user experience prototype using Keynote for iPad.

I’m trying to code. I am brand-spanking new to objective C. Sure, I have some C++ experience, and can throw a web-app together at race pace, but objective C is a whole other beast. My goal for this week is to develop out the music API (using Rdio’s great API!).

Finally, on the business side of things, I’m trying to learn about what goes into the process beyond design and development. See my previous post for more details.
