dear members / new applicants / lurkers. 

with a heavy heart and after a lot of deliberations, the admins have decided to close musicalhqs. we have had a an absolutely marvelous run, this place having been a home through some of the most challenging times we all have gone through. it has been far more than we dared to dream or hope for, when starting back in january/february. we want to thank every single members, who has come and gone or stayed 'till the bitter end, for sticking with us, believing in us, and gracing us with your presence. we will be forever grateful for having had the opportunity to grow this place and develop our roles, develop plots, and most important, develop beautiful friendships. 

we will never forget -- this place, or any of you. we wish you all the very best on your future journey, and may our paths cross again in the future !! xoxo

if you don’t want to participate or you only want to do one or two of these memes above, that’s totally fine !! in order to keep the dashboard tidy and organised, however, so we ask you to NOT REBLOG THE POSTS IF YOU DECIDE TO PARTICIPATE !! instead, we would kindly ask for you to MAKE A SEPARATE OOC POST on your blog, in which you link back to the memes you will be taking asks from + link back to your inbox ( or inboxes, if you have several roles on different accounts ). you can find an EXAMPLE POST right here !! this way, your fellow muns can find the memes to send you and your inboxes all in one simple post, without having a clogged up dashboard !!

because we know there are still replies to be done and not everyone is free at the same time, we decided that ASKS CAN BE SENt IN from now UNTIL MIDNIGHT ( EST ) ON SUNDAY, . the asks, however, can be ANSWERED until FRIDAY AT MIDNIGHT ( EST ) .

make sure to send in asks to people who are participating, so no one will feel left out !!

009. it is NOT ALLOWED for our members TO APPLY for a new role WHILE ON HIATUS. roles and faces can be reserved until the hiatus ends, but we would like to see some consistent activity ( on all roles ) before we allow muns who are / have recently been on hiatus to pick up a new role.

008. because we want to prevent immediate ghosting, we ask our members to POST IC WITHIN 48 HOURS after sending in the account or being accepted, in case of current members with a multi-muse account. posting ic includes posting an introduction post or doing replies -- much like with our usual activity, reblogging musings or pictures does not count as activity. if you have failed to post ic within 48 hours, we will unfortunately have to reopen your role.
