Though Aerith hadn’t worked with EnV before, she certainly knew the artist. Who didn’t? The collaboration between her and AVALANCHE had been hyped up, and with it a new range of secret upcoming apparel in production. Juggernauts in the industry didn’t do business deals by half.

That meant a series of photoshoots together.

That meant being up close and personal.

It was quite the cheeky move. With Evelyn smiling and poised, just before the next camera flash Aerith moved in and kissed her cheek. Click.

Like that, one of the more popular shots were made. The crazy French woman stealing a cheek kiss, and Evelyn’s look of surprise. “I’d say I was sorry, but that would be a lie.” she lightly teased, keeping her distance from the other who certainly wouldn’t trust her in such close-quarters for a good while.

“I don’t do business with idols.” Megumi states firmly, but with a smile on his face. Though, the fact that he was wearing sunglasses made it impossible to tell just what kind of smile it was. It could have been sardonic, genuine, angry, or forced... 

In reality, it was pitying.

“Your manager must have already told you that, so you should know that appealing to me isn’t going to go anywhere. CAT does not collaborate with idols.” As the one responsible with handling liason between CAT and Tower Records, as well as managing CAT’s music affairs, Megumi had quite a bit of say in what could get to Hanekoma.

Of course, it helped that the two of them were united on this front.
