No matter how hard the obstacles are and no matter how tough the trials are, we can still face it together and no one will separate us for this will make us stronger.

This is totally making me miss band. This was the year before last, I was junior. I played the bass clarinet for concert season. (Marching I played the regular clarinet.) We made it all the way to state and just barely missed having a perfect score. The next year (my senior year) we did make a perfect score at state this time. I am proud to have called myself a Pauls Valley Panther. Some look down on band kids, but let me tell you band saved me. I hurt my soulder in the 8th grade and couldnt play any of the sports I loved like Softball, Basketball, shock put (Trackand feild event.) or powerlifting. I loved thoes things. I had always been more passionet about them not so much for band. But when I had my accedent and the doctor said the only thing he would even consider me continuing to do was band it became my world. Looking back, I dont think I would have had it anyother way. I know I left a great traddition when I graduated, and I know it will continue on. to me that is worth more than any award I could have gotten in sports.
