“Why?” Phoenix wasn’t one to be pessimistic but he was rather confused. Why would anyone love him? Wasn’t that reserved for someone close? As in family or romantically and didn’t that take a lot of time? “I don’t understand… I am still learning about emotions but for someone to love me, wouldn’t they have needed to know me for a long time? I’m not a celebrity either so it can’t be a celebrity crush.” From his research, people who were in relationships knew each other for years before love and normally childhood friends. Then it was up for debate if that person would go out with them or someone else or another girl in that friend group.
