There's nothing quite like being worried about my sisters to get me praying again. Like I'm so protective of my siblings but eventually I'm like, "I need divine help!" And then I'm praying again. Salah really helps me make dua and also makes my anxiety shut up for a bit
It's taken me a few weeks but I think I'm beginning to shift my mindset. Praying really does relax me after a hard day. I'm still trying not to miss prayers during the work day.
