I'm not sure how I talked @shi.shi30 into her first class... But it's been 4ward movements since! We've done one-on-one gym sessions, #bootcamp workouts with my team (@sxe_lawless and @migz246) and me... and presently she does awesome PTs with @sxe_lawless, bootcamp with the team, and our at-home workouts and challenges. She's just always doing, trying, questioning and opening herself wholly to the answers. When I first visited Apollo Fitness in March ...@narkside ask me what I was looking to do.I actually had no goals...no journey, no plan on eating differently than I was currently...just to try this exercising thing, because laying in bed watching fitness icons made me feel inspired as I ate chips, pizza n chocolate, post memes and went to bed. Bootcamp....seemed difficult..watching from my phone...I could never..I would never ...how could I? ....@narkside @sxe_lawless @migz246 are training these ppl for war🤔 but they seem to be having fun!! I began...it hurt!!!....to laugh..to walk...to bathe....why would anyone do this to themself???🥵...But with the pain the progress began...more confidence than I already had ....things that I thought I could not do was accomplished so easily. Consistency became more dominant...we often struggle to stay devoted to most things in our life...I am proud of myself for being dedicated ....developing a goal...seeing a better and healthier me. I thank the Apollo Fitness team who continue to push through.....coaches ...a community..each one teach one...no man left behind...I look forward to the person I am going to become ....not leftin out de memes nor growing my hair👀.
