Basic info important for X-Men RPers:
I will typically RP Kin as a fifteen-year-old from Japan who, while his powers manifested some months prior, was only recently exposed as a mutant when he got caught shoplifting with the aid of his powers. His dad managed to send him to New York to attend the Jean Grey School of Higher Learning, hoping he'd be safe there.
He has the power to create light-based illusions to make people see things that aren't really there, or (more difficult) to make them not see something that is. These illusions can affect technology such as security cameras, but the effect is different from how they affect people's eyes.
