Looking to start your new year off with a treat? Why not head to @hollywoodcone ? I had the privilege of taste testing their cookies n creme mutant shake, which is usually just over $14. It was a nice, rich, creamy chocolate milkshake with white chocolate flakes, topped with two full-sized Hershey's cookies n cream chocolate bars, with a twist ice cream in between and whipped cream on top.
