It is 1985, and Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters is thriving. Hellfire Club has made their own institute for mutants, eager to teach about their superiority over humans. The United States government asks the schools to co-habitate in order to segregate mutants. The campuses study, practice and live together, but do not necessarily agree on society’s overall view of mutants.

We have many open canon characters and accept OCs. Because we specify being an Alternate Universe roleplay, we don’t mind any changes you make to your canon character.

The government insists that the two schools share a campus in order to keep mutants segregated from the rest of the populace, unaware of Hellfire’s villainous intentions. Charles, not wanting to confess to the world that some mutants wish to bring mayhem, keeps his silence and welcomes every student and staff member equally. The campuses study, practice and live together, but do not always agree on society’s views of mutants, which may cause strife in an otherwise and supposedly safe environment.
