This is wonderful- it’s an 1830 Stone Mill in Frenchtown, NJ and it still retains its beautiful form in its re-imagined purpose as a substantial retail/studio space and 4 one-bedroom loft apartments. It’s really a unique property. The retail/studio is on the first floor and the 4, 1bdrm. apts. are on the second.
The store is lovely.
Look at the original wide mill floors. It appears that at least these 2 apts. have bedrooms in lofts.
The ancient walls in the living room are gorgeous.
The kitchens are all redone and are natural light wood with slate tile floors.
I like the decor in this bedroom.
There are only 2 of the apts. pictured and they’re both just so pretty.
This one has full stairs while the other one has more rustic, ladder-like stairs.
The kitchen is done in the same materials.
This loft bedroom is a little larger and has room for a sitting area.
The walls in the remodeled bath blend in beautifully with the aesthetic.
