ummm when there are two characters that are desperate and one gets to a bathroom in time and the other has to wait and listening to the other character pee causes them to lose control and wet themself <3

the "finding pee jokes funny as a kid to a nearly obsessive degree" to "being Deeply into nonsexual omo in your older years" pipeline is real

a character crying out something childish like "ive gotta go potty!" when theyre absolutely bursting to pee and they cant hold back emotionally anymore... chefs kiss

thinking about... character a thats recently been through something awful and traumatic. so traumatic, in fact, that they can barely hold their own bladder anymore, and so they start to need diapers. it makes them feel terrible and embarrassed at first, even if theyve only been at home with character b taking care of them since the incident happened.

so the next time they need to pee, character a tries their best to hold it, even if they keep leaking. character b notices rather quickly, and immediately tries to help them relax, holding their hand gently and whispering comforting things to them, and telling them that it's okay to let go, that they're safe. character a tries to resist it, but eventually they give into character b's sweet, reassuring words, and completely relax, soaking their diaper.

they expect to feel mortified, but they don't. they feel secure with character b, and when they're done character b gives them so much affection...they're so proud of character a for letting themself be vulnerable again.

clumsy characters have so much potential in omo. like if they sprint to the bathroom when theyre like on the verge of an accident and they trip and fall on their face and wet themselves. or like if they have their hands in-between their legs and they nearly trip but manage to catch themselves, albeit not without removing one of their hands from their crotch and leaking. aaaa good stuff-

thinking about. a character wetting themselves but they are So dramatic about it. like they fall to their knees and sob hysterically and whine about how theyre having an accident. tears streaming down their face which is bright red with embarrassment...... aaaaAAAAAA-

my experience with omorashi is like. okay do you have something that gives you immense comfort? like a comfort character or a security blanket. that's me with fictional characters having accidents.

i know most omo content is about characters that get all embarrassed and teary-eyed when they have an accident but consider the following: silly characters that get giggly about their own accidents
