was discussing the idea of kenilyra drunk omo in an omo server yesterday and i ended up coming up with the idea of a desperate lyra trying to help a drunk keni get home without doing anything stupid and she ends up wetting herself in the process but keni's so drunk she doesn't notice anything out of the ordinary

when a character is just so caught up in the euphoria of peeing and everything in the world disappears except for their relief and they just smile and blush as they’re so giddy from finally getting to pee 🥹

just randomly came up with this scenario

A is on a bus for a school trip and needs to pee really bad. B looks in their backpack to see if they have a bottle A can use, but they don’t. they tell A “don’t worry i’ll see if C has a bottle”. they don’t have one either, so C asks D if they have a bottle. D doesn’t either, and it becomes a whole chain of A’s classmates asking each other if they have a bottle they can use, which flusters them even more.

bonus points for this if by the time b finds a bottle for a its already too late and a is having/had an accident, except a doesnt know whether to feel more embarrassed about wetting themself or about the fact that the whole "yo do you have an empty bottle for a to take a leak in" chain lasted so long. theyre just a huge mess of humiliation about it all

character who is desperate to pee but has a tough image they feel like they need to maintain. yet on the inside their desperation is making them feel vulnerable, but they despise the idea of showing it, because in their mind, only weak people show vulnerability towards things like this. but eventually they wet themself and just start breaking down, showing others a side of them they’ve never seen before. they’re ashamed that they’re breaking down because of this or that it even happened in the first place, but they can’t help it…

thinking about alley peeing. the alley is only thing available for the victim and they’re risking getting caught peeing in it but they’re just so desperate that they take the chance. also the huge puddle they leave on the concrete after they’re done, i love this setting

adding onto this, consider the following: alley wetting. maybe they're about to pee there, but it's already coming out, and they can't get their pants off/unzipped/whatever in time. or maybe they were already wetting, and they just wanted to get somewhere where it would be less likely for someone to notice them, seeing as they can't really stop going at that point...

My favorite omo thing is when someone is playing a video game or working on something or watching something and need to pee,, and they could get up at ANY time but they choose not too because they want to finish their thing!!!! and someone comes by and notices their squirming and tells them to go to pee, but their friend says something along the lines of "not yet Im almost finished" and they either finally finish and race to the toilet and dont make it or they they realize they aren't gonna make it and have an accident in their seat.

bonus points if their friend teases them/chastises them about it when they find out >o>

oh im SO glad you asked. i have so many omo headcanons for each character it would take pretty much all day to list them all. ofc if youd like for me to talk about a specific character im always open to that!! i love talking about my headcanons heehee

ummm when there are two characters that are desperate and one gets to a bathroom in time and the other has to wait and listening to the other character pee causes them to lose control and wet themself <3

usually not a fan of wetting on purpose since its often in tandem with sexual stuff, but the idea of a character wetting themself to spite someone else is so fucking funny to me. the character just standing there, fists balled, a disgruntled expression on their face, and that's when the character they're angry at notices a wet spot creeping across their clothes.

they just say "...are you pissing yourself?!"

and the other character just has this shit eating grin on their face as they flip them off and cackle

thinking about... character a thats recently been through something awful and traumatic. so traumatic, in fact, that they can barely hold their own bladder anymore, and so they start to need diapers. it makes them feel terrible and embarrassed at first, even if theyve only been at home with character b taking care of them since the incident happened.

so the next time they need to pee, character a tries their best to hold it, even if they keep leaking. character b notices rather quickly, and immediately tries to help them relax, holding their hand gently and whispering comforting things to them, and telling them that it's okay to let go, that they're safe. character a tries to resist it, but eventually they give into character b's sweet, reassuring words, and completely relax, soaking their diaper.

they expect to feel mortified, but they don't. they feel secure with character b, and when they're done character b gives them so much affection...they're so proud of character a for letting themself be vulnerable again.
