✨ your favourite form of self care and why 💓💓💓

I just answered it here , but I have many little forms of self care.

I haven't done it in a couple of weeks, but I usually meet my friends for a game's night (now afternoon lol). It can be board games or videogames and the best part is that we don't have to be good at it. I lost in so many stupid ways. Sometimes we get dinner together afterwards and have a picnic in someone's garden. Obviously now we can meet only a couple of us but it's still fun and helps forget about everything else
