Please help a black disabled couple for the winter!

Please help a black trans disabled household + cat be able to get their needs met so they can survive the winter! They suffer from long covid and MECFS, they are unable to work and were recently injured due to a hit & run on the 16th of October.

They are mainly in need of Groceries! But other goals on the list would like to be filled as well!
