Mermista holds out a box for DT. "Uh, here. It's the first two Mer-Mystery books. I remember you said you wanted to give them a try." She was sticking to the truce the two of them had made as much as she could.

“Thank you. I swear, I’ll return them as soon as I’m finished.” They smiled at Mermista as they carefully took the box, still not entirely used to being on semi-friendly terms. “Apologies for using this form again, but if I’m walking around in public, I need to keep a low profile. I’m sure you understand.”

Most would just respond to a letter     of talking by a letter in return, but Scorpia was the type to see     people in person. Seeing everyone was something she enjoyed     so she made it an opportunity to visit. She was still in the midst     of rebuilding the Fright Zone into a livable place for old Horde     Soldiers and a Palace all it’s own.               ❛ I tell ya, the seas to this place was great today!           Not a cloud in sight and the ocean air was refreshing                      as always! ❜

@mvstbcbrave sent adora a birthday thing:  What's that? Oh look, it's a wild Glimmer teleporting next to Adora holding a box that contained a pink frosted cake. "Happy Birthday, Adora!" She said, hugging her as best as she could without squishing or dropping the boxed cake. "Thanks for being a part of my life."

Adora had become so used to Glimmer teleporting everywhere that she barely even blinked when her friend showed up next to her. She felt her eyes water because of the kindness that Glimmer showed her, with both her words and the cake. “I’m glad I am part of your life, Glimmer,” she said, smiling as she carefully hugged her back. “Thanks. For everything.”

         “ I’m trying my hardest, Adora. “   The Queen was hurt by her words, causing her to hug   herself in response to them. She had been a decent   General and she was doing her best as Queen. It just   all happened so suddenly that she barely had time to   breath. That and then getting abducted by Horde Prime   it had been a lot to process in such a small amount of   time.       “ I thought... we got passed all this. What happened?                 Did I do something wrong? “        They made it off Prime’s ship alive, they defeated the Horde!        What else could she possibly do with so much at stake? She        gazed at the other with hurt in her eyes, closing down into        herself. What did she do? How could she fix it?

  Damned princess, acts like a big shot because she has   water powers. She narrowed her eyes at the woman,   ready to sink her claws in if it meant she would shut up.   What the hell did she ever do to her? Okay well... she    did lead the Horde to conquer Salineas, tearing down   the Gate in order for her ships to come through and wipe   everything out, but that was beside the point.        Had her joining the rebellion, finally, meant nothing? Had        her helping them defeat Horde Prime been all for not? She        bristled,  her tail flaring out as she gazed at the water        princess before her.               “ Look, I’m not here to cause trouble. I just want        to live peacefully like everyone fucking else.            If you have a problem with me, then say it. I’m                     not a soft, pitiful princess like you. “
