{Prompt/Fic.} MWF Story- Tantrum

Welp, for some reason I enjoy writing about Uranus and his bitching.  Because that gas giant seems to do so.  A Lot.  It is ridiculous sometimes just what he can complain about.  And this just added to the list.

Pairing: none Words: 628 Warning: none --

Pluto wondered sometimes why he didn't remain in his own orbit, left alone and 'happy' about that.  It was content, really.  No one to bother him, no one to dump their problems on him.  Just peace and alone, with his moons.  That really wasn't so bad.

However, a raging outer by the name of Uranus, one who usually is calm and cool, was something that Pluto really wondered why anyone would spend time with.  The constant stream of just curses, nonsense, and complaining that came from that outer who should have a better head about things was grating even on Pluto's cold insides.  It was as if that he had now been elected the one to deal with this.  Had he been the one that misfortune graced?  Honestly he hoped not or he would...regrettably begin thinking of ways to stay as far away from the other planets as possible if cold and lone peace could not be reached once more soon.

"And a female representation, not even accurate really.  Mercury claims that we have similarities, but that is near insulting really.  I am not human nor a cartoon of one and to be compared as such is just-!"

The rant continued on and on, making the smaller of the two planets wander his gaze and thoughts away in an attempt to regain some peace of mind while he still could.  However, that continued to prove more and more hard as the passing time and arguments the other was bringing up dissolved into a pattern of repetition and just childish rage aimed at something that Pluto cared not to indulge in the knowledge of knowing.

"Uranus," the outer most planet spoke up, an attempt to pull the very one-sided conversation back over to his slight control.  But that proved fruitless when the tumble of words that left Uranus's mouth never ceased to stop.  Well, this was just going to be the /best/.

Eventually, Pluto decided that he really had only one way to find a way out of this.  Which was to leave.  It would be entirely rude for him to do so, however the other was giving him no choice with the constant onslaught of just rambles and complains of the endless tirade.

When Uranus eventually came around that Pluto had left, glancing around for the other and wondering just where he had ran off, his tirade had managed to simmer down a bit.  Not enough to forget what he had been privy to, but enough to know that he would have to do something about it.  Though he didn't know what he would do.

In another part of the system that rotated around the star Sol, a small inner was laughing himself to near out-orbit while an outer stood by watching and still wondering how he had been caught in this system and remained here so long.

"Waitwaitwait, he really was complaining that much, Plu'?" Mercury asked the other, wiping the tears out of his eyes from the laughter.  He soon received a nod from the said planet, which then launched into another onslaught of laughing.

"Oh man," Mercury managed through the laughs, "I would have hate to been in your shoes.  Didn't think you would have last that long listening to that gas giant.  You must have patience of a saint, or something like that."

Pluto's eyebrow rose a bit in a questioning manner by the other's use of comparison, but took it as a slight compliment none-the-less.  He had to slightly agree to the connotation that the other was referring to, though not exactly having enjoyed spending that much time with the other outer that the inner was laughing about.  But it was interesting to see someone else get enjoyment out of it.

{Prompt/Fic.} MWF story- Dark Thoughts

I got this prompt and immediately thought, 'It should be' because I can see this happening.  Uranus usually does that, since he is an ass sometimes (pffff- puns).  Also note, I do make Uranus out to be awful in here, there is a reason.  He may act like he doesn't care about most things, but he isn't just like that.  He has a bit of a dark side to him as well.  It is dark when Earth is involved. Pairing: (current)Jupitearth, (past)Uranus/Earth Words: 451 Warnings: slight violence, dark and possessive thoughts. --

 The hit that came flying at him wasn't easily dodged as usual.  Then again, the fury behind it wasn't like the other punches.  Those punches were usually from Neptune.

But this one, the one that sent him reeling back, was from a one, pissed off Jupiter who looked like the sun was burning in his eyes.  A frown was etched into his face, along with a hardened look of disgust at the other outer.  The rest of said group stood off to the side, even his own twin.

"You know Uranus.  You can be tolerated for a while, but there are limits.  To my patience," Jupiter growled, anger rolling off of him in waves.  The said planet receiving that anger was now cradling half of his face in the palm of his hand.  His own cold blue eyes meant the other's enraged molten golden eyes.  Tension was mounting into levels that seem to just grow and grow.  Neither one seemed to want to back from it.

Finally, with a snort of rage, Jupiter turned and left, heading towards the inner part of their solar system.  Uranus watched him leave, having a small sense of winning in him till the rest of the outers shot him nasty looks before leaving his orbital ring.  Not even Neptune offered him some sympathy.

Then again, he doubted his brother would ever understand.  He usually didn't.  Neptune just didn't understand how much it was to 'repay' favors back to a certain life-giving planet.  It had been her little selfish 'needs' that drove him like this.  To want to make sure and remind her that she had needed him once before, and no one would replace that.

Not even the gas giant that she would most likely be cradled in the arms of.  No, not even Jupiter.

However, expecting her to run to him, to tell him of the insults he had thrown at her was annoying.  It was annoying to deal with that planet being enraged at him. 

However, that didn't meant he would ever stop.  No, he wouldn't.  Earth had been his once before, and to them that didn't mean the same as just regular humans.  The 'past' wasn't just the 'past' sometimes.  Not with him at least.

Gaia had once loved him, that wasn't going to change by her new 'love' with Jupiter.  Oh no.

So, he headed back to his planet house, cheek still throbbing in a dull pain and head still swimming with thoughts.  Thoughts that continued to fester in his mind.  Thoughts that continued to hold him down, no matter what he thought was right.  He continued to allow them to mess with whatever Earth had, whatever his ex held close.

{Fic.} Earth and Uranus- Their History

Bascially, this is the backstory between Earth and Uranus.  Why they aren't together and such.  I think I probably added in a bit more than I had originally planned, but...*shrugs* eh, finally just done with it. Pairings: Uranus/Earth, hinted-Jupitearth Words: 2,022 --

The grip on her hand surprised her.  Blue-green eyes jumped downwards to their linked hands, surprised to see such.  Not that it was surprising of the 'hand holding' as the action, but more...to whom was holding her hand.  That is when her eyes slowly traveled up to the other's face.  There was no real emotion there, just impassive as ever. 

However, something was different, or at least she could figure.  It was a good different.  A different she hoped that she could enjoy for a little bit long with the other.

A warm smile appeared on her face, before it soon morphed into one of pain as she soon doubled over her slightly expanded belly.  It was a small bump, but it was growing, growing painfully.

"These pains are getting to me, even this early on," the 'pregnant' planet muttered, soon straightening back up and feeling the other's comforting hands.  One was on her lower back, and one was still holding her hand -though she was squeezing it quite hard and turning it whiter than his normally pale skin tone.

"I'm sure the pains will stop eventually," Uranus answered her, though not knowing if they really would or not.  His statement earned him a tired and strained chuckle from Earth.

"As do I, but I think that 'they' have other plans."  'They' meaning the life, the life that she was being gifted with.  While her own planet was active and churning, giving way into causing her darken hair, tanned skin, and dark rings under her eyes, her stomach was cradling new life.  Her planet would soon have life, and Earth couldn't wait.

"I wonder what they'll look like," she murmured as the two soon began taking a stroll around the system.  The other merely shrugged, silence between them after that.  It was a silence she was coming to get to use to, since the outer planet seemed to be more of the quiet type.  Earth didn't mind, too much at least. 

They passed by a few floating debris that strayed from the asteroid belt, sometimes passing the other three inner planets, getting sometimes a greeting from them -though mostly towards Earth since Uranus seemed to either ignore the greetings or not response to them-. 

Eventually, they both decided to head across the asteroid belt and into the outer planet's orbital rings.  At the moment, they passed through  Jupiter's and Saturn's path without seeing either planet.  Earth wondering lightly where they were at, but soon let that thought die off as she notice Uranus's planet and home, smiling lightly.  Even if the other's planet was one of wind storms and off-axis, it was a place she enjoyed staying at.

The larger planet lead the other to the front door of his planet home, opening it for her and allowed her to enter.  Uranus's home, surprisingly, was well-kept.  Then again, unlike most, the moons he had weren't ones that were rowdy without reason, especially around the home planet.  Uranus's moons were known to listen to him without any other thought.  Earth had a bit of thought that Uranus made sure it was that way, but didn't voice it.

"Come, sit," the outer planet told her, motioning and helping her over to the couch in the expansive area.  The inner planet nodded, flashing him a small smile and taking a seat.  It was relief that she was off her feet now, the pain starting to get to her more now.  Earth was about to ask for something to ease the pain when she soon notice a silvery-blonde woman emerge from the next room.  The other woman stopped in her tracks when she noticed Uranus and the other planet, light brown eyes growing a bit before softening.

"Uranus, I didn't know you were bringing a guest," she said to the other, holding a bit of an air of respect for the said planet in her voice.  "Hello Earth."  She nodded her head lightly to the brown-haired planet.

Earth nodded her head back and replied, "Hello Miranda, and this was a bit more of a surprise visit on my part."

"Of course," Miranda answered back, soon glancing to the male planet as if waiting to be told what she should do or wondering what he wanted.  Uranus waved her away, the moon taking her leave from the living room, leaving the two in silence to sit on the couch together.

Earth spoke first between them, "Miranda looks well, as I am sure of your other moons.  I haven't seen them in a while."  Uranus made a small sound of agreeing, though not really focused on her words nor really hear.  The brown-haired planet was puzzled a bit at the shift in emotions, wondering what was wrong.

"Ouranos," she asked softly and hoped she would get his attention this time.  "Are you alright?"

"Hmm?" he hummed out, glancing over to her and noticing that her eyes were now filled with worry and confusion, "Yeah, just thinking, Gaia."  Then he went back to being silent, Earth wondering lightly before leaning back on the couch, hands folded into her lap.  The silence between them was usually normal, but Earth...Earth wondered sometimes.  Sometimes if Uranus actually cared...

Soon, the distracted planet, who had been glancing around the room lightly to give her mind something to do, felt something cold placed on top of her folded hands.  She glanced down, noticing Uranus's own hand on hers.  A small smile wormed its way on her lips, feeling reassured in her small doubts. --

"V-Venus..." the pained-looking planet gasped out, soon reaching for and grabbing a hold of the blonde-haired inner planet's hand.  She held tight to it, convulsing forward as the pain in her enlarged stomach continued.  It was painful, very much so.  The life that was dwelling inside of her and on her surface wanted to come forward.  Wanted to be free.  Her surface had calmed down and settled down enough that it was ready for new life.

That didn't mean Earth was exactly ready for the life herself.  The pain behind them was giving her some many thoughts, most of them was that she didn't want this pain anymore.  No matter what.

So, as she lay down on the bed in her planet home, convulsing in pain and on the brink of breaking down, Earth began having too many thoughts from doubt to anger because of the pain.  Of course, her sister's soothing comfort next to her, sitting on the bed and helping out as much as she could, didn't fully help stop all the pain welling up inside of her.  Venus could only do so much, and she was only one planet.

Though pain and now anger leeching off her emotions, the dark eyed planet glance around, eyes soon narrowing and teeth gritting together so hard the might have broken soon, "W-Where is he?!"  The growl shocked Venus, however the blonde still held her sister's hand tight.

"I don't know.  Please Earth, calm down," the other inner answered, wanting such and not knowing as well.  Uranus hadn't been around the inner circle in a while, the second planet wondering just where could he be now!  Earth was in so much pain, didn't he care?

Though Venus, never voicing it to Earth or anyone else, felt something wasn't right between Earth and Uranus.  At first, she was happy that her sister enjoyed the company of another planet so close, but soon...something just didn't settle well with Venus.  And now, it was beginning to become into a complete dislike with his absence.

"a-AH!" Earth screamed out after one hard push on her form, feeling a pain so greatly that her conscious soon slipped away from her.  The birthing planet soon fell back on the pillows, clearly passed out though form shifting.  Venus watched with shocked horror and fascination as Earth's stomach shrunk.  After that, the blonde inner planet slowly let go of her sister's hand, running that hand through Earth's hair.

"You are strong, sister..." she murmured, leaning forward and giving her a small kiss on the forehead and let her rest, knowing that after she woke up, she would have much to do.  Though Venus knew that would include questioning Uranus and his absence. --

He felt the presence before she arrived, it wasn't that hard to miss.  After the news, her stretch of power was a bit greater and different from the other planets.  It was like she gave off a different feeling, one that they were all getting used to.

But that probably shouldn't be his main concern.  Oh no.  As she soon appeared, dressed in a gown of green and blue, hair pulled back in a braid, and face set with a look that he knew she was fond of giving when she wasn't happy.

/Great/.

"Uranus," she spoke with a voice that could have rivaled the coldness that Pluto's voice usually held.  He could tell that she was upset, upset probably with him.

"Earth," he replied back, only replying back with such.  The outer planet knew that didn't help his situation as he watched the lines on her face draw more in and set into a glare.

"I suppose I could ask where you were, but it would seem I wouldn't get a answer.  or at least one that I would like, isn't that right?"

She was sharp, always had been.  Not exactly something that would be good for him.  But lying or anything other wouldn't still be good for him.  So, his only choice in the matter was to tell her the truth.

"Probably."

"So, where were you when I was giving life to my planet?"

There was a pregnant pause between them, when near-black brown stared down icy sky blue eyes.  Neither one dared to look away, neither one backing down from this conversation/argument.  Because Earth demanded answers and wasn't going to back down till she got them.  Uranus wasn't going to back down merely because of his pride in the matter.  So, there was a standoff between them.

"I was here," the outer planet replied, adding a small shrug of the shoulders.  The flash of fiery anger passed in the inner planet's eyes.  A fire that wasn't one of the planets liked to be on the receiving end of.

"Of course you were," she coldly replied, quite the opposite of the raging anger that was circling through her veins.  Earth could even feel her planet being affected by it as well.  It was just that...how DARE he do this to her.  Have done this.  Did he not care about her?  Were her feelings meaningless...

A brief thought and realization passed over her, one that left a sickening feeling in the back of her throat.  The planet didn't want to believe it.  Didn't want to face the fact that was so true that it was painful.

A silence reigned over them, Earth noticing that Uranus was getting more bored with the situation.  That didn't help anything at all.

"Ouranus," Earth began, her voice calm and not at all shaking as she thought it would have been now, "I bid you goodbye."  And with that, she left the other alone.  Uranus watched her leave, wondering if she had been really that dense to have cared so much.  But, that was just the outer's thoughts of the matter, and he did think that to be true.

Of course, come another few millions upon millions of years, the same outer planet would be watching that same inner planet laughing and smiling as she was held in the arms of another outer planet.  One that even the windy and cold twin of the outers could tell cared so much about her.  Uranus would watched as the gas giant of the solar system would cradle the albeit smaller inner in his arms, planting loving kisses on her head while she laughed.  Another inner, the sister of that inner, would be smiling and enjoying the company of another outer.  Uranus would watch and fester over the attention he had lost to another.  And that left a sour taste in his mouth.

I really...I really need to write something with Earth and Uranus in it.  Because that bug has been bothering me recently...

More MWF Earth and Uranus headcanons

-The reason they first got along (since Uranus isn't one to really talk to anyone except maybe his twin Neptune or Saturn) is that both of them are a bit 'different'.  Now, all the planets are different in their own way, but these two were different all together.  Earth was 'pregnant' with life, the only one out of all of them to be so, and Uranus spins differently than all of them and is just stand off-ish from the rest.  So, when they met, they soon attempted to get along.  And they did for some time, till the relationship fell apart (mainly due because of Uranus).

-Earth will always call Uranus 'Ouranus'.  Even if it was the name that is personal for both, she can never really come to terms and call him different.

-With Uranus, he will refer to Earth as 'Gaia'.  Even if he may know about the myths that the humans have, to him it will be personal.  (Even if he had caused the break between them)

-Neptune can really get pissed off at Uranus when he attempts to be a dick to Earth when she is around and with Jupiter.  Neptune is like a brother to Jupiter, so when his own twin is attempting to hurt another brother, Neptune doesn't stand for that.  That just ain't right to him.  (Same with Saturn, but he has less control and will snap at Uranus)

...there are more...just can't think of them at the moment.

Milky Way Fandom headcanon

This one involves Earth (surprisesurprise). 

Anyway, this has been bugging me for some time now.  It is a headcanon that states that Earth knows how to paint.  After quite some time, she usually picks up a few hobbies that people come up with on her surface.  Painting was one of them that she really enjoyed doing.  And after all the years of painting, she's quite good at it (and also watching over the masters and learning from them).

There is one room at her 'house' full of painting of just about everything.  She keeps nearly all the painting she paints.  And keeps them all in good condition.

Except for one.

She painted it on a day she had been feeling extremely depressed and soon regretted painting it.  It is of her and Uranus, back when she was 'pregnant' and happy with him.  After she came to, she took a knife and ripped out Uranus in the painting.  So all that is left is a gapping whole and her happy painted self.  She grew quite upset with that, nearly stop painting all together.
