so where they are evolution wise depends obvs on what stage of gym leader I am but for for all intents and purposes let's say I'm the 8th gym leader so everyone is fully evolved:

jolteon, luxray, ampharos, lanturn, manectrik,

and then before this I would've said raichu but it does kind of remain an toss-up between raichu and emolga now because even though I don't particularly *like* emolga because I am very bothered that it's not an evolution for pachirsu, I do like the fact that it's lightning/flying
