Haven't seen it on Tumblr yet but saw someone dub the comic on YouTube, and credits said it came from Tumblr.

IDC if you want to be horny about Deltarune or Undertale characters, but if you make content about you BEING horny on main for an adult character, and you are expressing it to Kris, or Frisk, or any of the other minor characters, I think you're actually disgusting.

I don't think the artist meant for it to come off this way, but the Undertale fandom has repeatedly had issues with being sexually inappropriate with the minor characters and I am tired of it. You're not being funny, you're being inappropriate in a public fandom space.

This isn't even a "well kids could see it" post, this is a "you are using a minor character, showing the minor character UNCOMFORTABLE with what you're saying/doing, and then continue said thing that was making them uncomfortable" and I just think at best you're making a bad joke and at worse you're normalizing sexual harassment of a minor in a fandom that has a lot of minors.

Chapter 3 discussion -

Was there a secret/optional boss in chapter 3? Chapter 1 had Jevil and chapter 2 has Spamton NEO , so logically there should be a secret boss for chapter 3 correct?

Admittedly I didn't encounter NEO on my first playthrough like I did Jevil, so I wouldn't be surprised if I just missed the encounter entirely

One thing I really like about Deltarune is that it quickly and repeatedly established that you are a completely separate being from the game itself. It is not saying that KRIS is separate, while canonically seen as a weirdo/odd man out they have it well established that they have existed and presumably will continue to exist without the existence of the game in this universe.

No, Deltarune makes it abundantly clear that YOU the player are controlling Kris (and by extension, manipulating those around them) into doing what you want. Kris is shown to still have a strong sense of self, and on more than one occasion either removed our control or forced the controls to do what they want instead.

Undertale had the revelation at the end of its game that Frisk is their own person, and I feel like it heavily showed in the fandom when people kept using Frisk as a literal self insert vs a vessel we had control over. Because once people understood that Frisk was their own person, most people THEN assumed that WE were Chara and taking the dialogue and interactions at face value.

Deltarune practically shouts it in your face that you are something else entirely. And I cannot wait to see what more they explore with that

Okay I still haven't had a chance to really look at any of the new deltarune stuff showed earlier this month, but are people really looking at New Girl and looking poorly at Susie or something?

I just read it, and if seems pretty on par for what we've seen from Susie and Kris at the very beginning of chapter 1.

Personally I see it as a "Susie is used to getting a reaction and Kris pissed her off by not being reactive like everyone else." Susie likely resents Kris in the beginning because they have a loving (albeit broken) home and is shown unconditional love even after being labeled as a weird kid. Something I don't think Susie has or has ever been given.

Kris doesn't view Susie as a Bully, and in chapter 1 did not hesitate to become her friend. Kris canonically isn't stupid, they may be a dumbass but they are not stupid. If Kris did not like Susie they wouldn't have had her join their team, they wouldn't have wanted to go with them to visit their friends in chapter 2. Kris is shown to have autonomy and is not afraid to use it. If they did not want to be with Susie, we wouldn't be seeing her

The funny part of being mutuals with 4 other undertale blogs that actively ship papyton is that I see the same 10 images, but we all slowly reblog them over the span of a month, and everytime I debate if enough time has passed for me to justify reblogging it again

I honestly feel like some people make sansverse content because they don't want to design actual OCs.

Sansverse is so far removed from canon and most of the time it feels like people who make full fledged stories from it could have had the characters stand on their own if they removed the undertale filter for their character designs.

I feel like I should point out that regardless, REGARDLESS of whatever Susie and Noelles relationship becomes, it is by no means queerbaiting.

For 1) toby fox has been consistent on how he protrays lgbt+ characters, including making sure characters are properly gendered and embracing GNC and nonbinary identities.

Which brings me to 2) Alphyne is literally canon to a point where you cannot unlock the true pacifist ending without helping them go on a date and talk about their feelings for each other. It is a literal required step to finishing the game. Toby fox isn't just going to bait a wlw couple

I am excited to see how Suselle goes, because they are two awkward teens who don't know how to talk to each other. And if they don't end up together by the end of the game, THATS OKAY!!!

Even if they don't end up together, even if they fight and say they don't have feelings for each other anymore. At no point am I afraid of this being a queerbaited relationship, because at this point there is no way for it to be a queerbaited relationship. I just want to see how things go
