               Christopher came into his room with a sigh. No matter how well he did as a dancer, it was still exhausting when Madame Giry demanded they practice after shows. So when he finally made it to his small room, he collapsed on the bed and sighed. Oh how he wanted to sleep, but he did know better. Now was time for his lessons with his angel. Was it childish to believe this was an angel teaching him? Most likely, but he didn’t care.                ❝Angel? Are you here?❞ he asked as he got up and started to try to find fresh night clothes.

She was, in her own way, a phantom.  One so  devoid  of the woman, the monster, she had  used t o be. He was just a child, but hehad both the mentality and emotionalexhaustion to rival any man’s.

                   He  had  been  using  his skills to delude her.                    To get into her mind so she would act like the                    mother  she  was  supposed to be. Even if he                    had  to do it himself, he would get the love he                    deserved.  Or,  at  least,  he  would make her                    love  that  damned  doll  the  way she should                    love him.
