She's as much a cat as Ruffs is a dog.

Like real cats, she can range from mean, aloof and cool to silly, cuddly and dorky. Depends.. on nothing. It's completely random. She's a cat.

Her tracksuit is a part of her uniform. She's from a different division than Ruffs. In her words, the cooler division. :3

If I may, I really, really like how her frazzled tail came out.
