Since we couldn't get together on Thursday for Thanksgiving, we are having it on Sunday, and I just spent the past 3 hours cooking for tomorrow, and have even more to do in the morning. Still have to roast the ham and make mashed potatoes, cut up veggies for salad, and all the other little things that need to be done. Ugh. Don't mind me I'm just sore from being on my feet all afternoon.

I have to go to the wedding of m father in law today, and deal with some human garbage family in law that I just know is going to trigger a panic and/or dissociative state like when I was with them last night. I just want to sit and watch than van game and see if hank gets his 1000 and just NOT DEAL with aggressive entitled man children. Shaking and chest tightness and dissociation is the OPPOSITE of a good time. Fuck that guy.

so i was bored and my self esteem is like...lol rn for reasons i don’t wanna get into, and i decided to make a bumble profile. at first, i had set my profile to only be seen by women and i got maybe one or two likes or matches or whatever. and then, out of curiosity, i switched it to ‘everyone’ assuming this would diversify further and show me multiple gender identities. but no...it was just a buncha cishet dudes and that was ALL i saw in my feed

and what really made me mad? i seriously got like 40 likes in not even two minutes once i had i changed this setting, whereas when i had it set to just women, i got 2 likes in about an hour. i know it’s just because there are obviously more cishet people in this world including on these apps but like...lol i HATE it here
