Conquest of the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven
My project for last week. Nicknamed “Tarzan”. The whole project was just to take a green screened piece of footage and put it over a background but that takes a lot more effort than most people think. The footage was purposefully made to be difficult to “key”(basically to separate it from the green screen behind it) and integrate into the background.
For one, the green screen is very uneven so pulling a key from it is hard. It has tracking markers on the wall that all have to be removed. It has long, frizzy, bouncing hair that makes it MUCH harder to key. There’s also a lot of motion blur on the hands which has to be manually recreated. Plus color correction, plate adjustments, and atmospheric effects.
