I do !!
His full name is Charles "Charlie" Horss (pronounced like horse), and he's another Frank local germ. Before working for Thrax his criminal record was really just unlawful entry into the body and some petty theft charges.
He was apprehended at the scene of The Zit after the explosion, and was lucky enough to escape with most of him still intact.
Now he works as CDL Driver and usually delivers for the same company Joe works for. They talk sometimes.
