my personal headcanon for zevran's build has always been kinda... hm, how to explain... like a swimmer's build? solid and athletic, but pretty lean for his build just by way of his lifestyle. he's... maybe a little dense at his peak (when you take hard travel and inconsistent access to good food out of the equation-- probably pre and post-blight), but still quick and flexible, broad in the shoulders, and well-muscled. height-wise, he's fairly average, probably just under 6 ft or so
my headcanon for Fenris, ofc, has always been on the smallish side of average (somewhere between 5'5" to 5'7") but a BRICK SHITHOUSE of a wee elf. broad shoulders, sturdy waist, altogether stocky frame, biceps and thighs both capable of crushing skulls. could ABSOLUTELY beat Iron Bull at arm wrestling without breaking a sweat (Bull may or may not be in love)
