Things I’m Doing To Ensure I Have A GREAT 2023
2023 my focus is solely on ME. It will be a year of self-love, self-discovery, self-growth, self-care, all of the “self’s”. The key word here is SELF. ME. I guess you can say 2023 is my selfish year, even though I am always my priority. But, this year is going to be on a whole different level of self development and love. I cannot explain how excited I am for it! I wanted to share some things I’m going to be doing to ensure I have a knockout year! Some of these things I already do, some I will be implementing this year.
Wellness
1.) Obtain a membership at the luxury gym in my area
2.) Frequent gym 4x a week
3.) Drink hot tea daily
4.) Go on a long walk 2x a week
5.) Purchase only grass fed meats, cheese and butter, free range eggs and organic produce when possible
6.) Axe out soda completely
7.) Stay consistent with sleep schedule
8.) Stretch 5-10 minutes daily
Mental Health
1.) Journal daily
2.) Re-start therapy
3.) Put phone away an hour before bed
4.) Purchase a physical alarm clock
5.) 5 - 10 minutes of mediation and prayer morning and night
Self Care
1.) Schedule solo dates, put dates in calendar
2.) Buy myself a gift every pay cycle
3.) Book monthly massages
4.) Keep up with maintenance routine (hair, nails, eyebrows, etc.)
5.) Schedule full spa day every 2 months
6.) Take cold showers
7.) Go out in nature daily
Growth
1.) Schedule activities I haven’t done before / take me out of my comfort zone
2.) Take at least one weekend trip a month to new destinations
3.) Read two books a month
4.) Volunteer
5.) Take one online class every 4 months
6.) Less screen time, more hobbies
Goals
1.) Make a physical vision board and hang it where I can see it every morning and night
2.) Conduct end of week and end of month check-ins to stay on top of goals and review week / month
3.) Secure a mentor for career goals
4.) Attend at least two networking events a season
Misc.
1.) Print out pictures I take and put in scrapbook(s)
2.) Redecorate apartment

I hope everyone has a wonderful Autumn Equinox! I’m going on a socially distanced picnic with some friends this upcoming weekend to celebrate, and I’m also trying to make scones for the first time later this week.
This is the first holiday I’ve gotten to decorate my focus space for 🍂🥧🔥 🍎
