Vietnam - day 5/193
So I’m pretty much settled in VN. I’m living in a (kind of) hotel in My Hao, Hung Yen. The last few days have been quite an experience. Everything is so different. VN is so alive. So many people and markets and traffic. It’s just crazyyyy. I met some of my students already… I think they are ok :) I’m having some trouble in communicating since no one (I mean NO ONE) speaks english. I like to be independent and do things on my own, and the fact I can barely buy my own food stresses me out so much. It kinda makes me feel really… Isolated, you know? I’m the only foreign here and everyone looks at me like I’m a damn unicorn. Aside that, I’m really enjoying being here. I love the food and the people are very kind. I just wish I could communicate with them. So… yup. Learning vietnamese, here we gooo
