I think my home office situation is getting a little better. I should tone down the amount of water glasses (and bottle).

We are officially (and finally) with social distancing and home office for all people who can, and this seems that is going to last about a month. And I'm already loosing it.

I am still working full-time, as if I were in the office, and my delivery dates are the same, so of course I have not been much active here (or pretty much on any other social media), I’m not sewing or drawing as much as I’d like to, I’m not dancing at all (instead I’m trying to do a little yoga so I don’t go crazy and lose all my limited flexibility), I’m not reading anything not work related, and of course I’m not preparing a fashion history conference I have for October. Oh, and my Paris vacations are pretty much fucked (haven’t had the confirmation BUT I’m in quarantine until

So, a shutout to all of you who are still working normally-ish and have no boredom nor free time to try or learn new stuff, but share the collective anxiety of questioning if your job (that you’re currently doing) is going to be there at the end of the month, or if your job will start paying less (I’ve heard of several people whose employers have announced they’ll pay 110, 20 and even 50% less during the quarantine AS IF PEOPLE WOULDN’T HAVE TO EAT, PAY RENT AND YOU KNOW, LIVE), and going insane with boomer parents who do not get they should not go to the damn market (my father definitely is going to drive me crazy), but also cannot focus normally to keep on working because of everything.

I mean, I just wanted to finish decorating my robe à la française, and my 16th century shirt, but I just cannot. If I find the time, I have no intention of doing so. Honestly, my May vacations were very much needed, since I haven’t stopped since January 6th. Help.

So really it was because of what Cecil said at the end of Who's A Good Boy part 2, but I figured out what the weird noise at the end of part 1 was! It was Koshek! It's very similar to the meow he makes when he gets fed. I hope we learn more interesting things about this cat.

Oh that’s good! I missed that and I was getting quite worried about Khoshekh. I’m glad that you were able to notice that he was okay! And I agree; I’d like to learn more about Khoshekh and just what he did to help with the Strangers.

I had a thought about the new episode. Cecil went on his trip to Europe after high school, right? And he was there for an indefinite amount of time. What if that's why Earl didn't age? What if no one aged while Cecil was gone? It stands to reason that most people wouldn't notice it, like other Night Vale citizens seem pretty at ease with the town's weirdness. But what if Earl noticed his non-aging the way Steve notices the lines in the sky? I think that would be very interesting.

A time period when nobody aged…it would be an interesting concept. I haven’t listened to A Memory of Europe in a while, and I’ve been meaning to refresh my memory on it. If I recall, Cecil wasn’t even sure how long he had been in Europe. It would stand to reason that since he had been gone for who-knows-how-long, that could have even started the time-slowing that Carlos elaborated on when he came into town. Cecil could be at the heart of everything to do with Night Vale…

I am going to write up something on this later.
