Jaina had that amazing sea shanty that was a true bop

Sylvanas had the lich king, which is my all time favorite lore story of all of wow

But Azshara, that's the best. How many stories you see a queen who created her own empire, and stare right into an eldritch god's face demanding that he make her queen! That's a true power move right there! 11/10 would serve.
