Renfield girlies HELP there's this one split-second scene in the movie that I can't find any screenshots of and I need it in my life because it's such a testament to the set design in this movie

I tried drawing it here but I literally cannot remember what exactly it looks like xD It's when we're inside the hospital (I think when Teddy arrives? But maybe also a prior scene when Renfield is there) where you can see fencing in the background, and it has vintage halloween style bats hanging from it. Like I can't stop thinking about it because WHO decided to put those in the blood bag throne room?? Did Renfield do it because he thought it would fit Dracula's tastes? Did the hospital just happen to have them up already? Did DRACULA request that Renfield put up corny halloween decorations?????
