The NAILBA My Voice Program
Lawrence “Larry” Koresko is a resident of Philadelphia that applies his extensive experience in business consulting and finance as the president of Insmax Insurance Brokerage. A former partner at Koresko Financial, Lawrence Koresko is also a member of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA). A professional membership organization, NAILBA advocates insurance brokerage as a means to improve individual financial security and expand consumer choice. The organization was founded in 1981 and has since grown to include more than 300 agencies across the United States. As the voice of independent wholesale life brokerage agencies, NAILBA also engages in ongoing advocacy and operates programs such as the My Voice initiative. My Voice provides a mechanism for NAILBA members to voice their concerns regarding the insurance brokerage industry. The program works primarily through a chair-elect who serves as an initial point of contact for members. Upon receipt of an issue through My Voice, NAILBA engages in discovery and then an investigative stage. Resulting information from this analysis provides information to an executive committee which ultimately determines whether the association will throw its support behind an issue or what action will be taken. Members can reach My Voice through the NAILBA online community, by email, or by phone. For contact details or additional information on the program, visit www.nailba.org.
