Ichiruki Thoughts of the Day :

This might be a controversial opinion, but I disagree that Kubo was going for platonic vibes from the start with Ichigo and Rukia, and that ichiruki fans failed to see or appreciate that the main hero and heroine can just be friends. If Rukia was a boy, people would be questioning if Bleach was a BL manga and Ichiruki would undoubtedly become one of the top yaoi pairings, no questions asked.

Just feel the vibe of these pictures. Show these to a passerby and tell me they don't think these are romantic.

Kubo chose to emphasise the thought of Rukia disappearing from his life as the final trigger to his fullbring.

So Kubo, what was the deal 😭❓️

Clerith Thoughts of the Day:

Feel like sharing a thought I had about a potential Clerith ending in my head😆

Aerith is standing alone, waiting in the yellow flower field with her hands behind her back and humming to the tune of No Promises To Keep. We see Cloud walking up to her from behind with a small smile on his face.

"Aerith", he calls out to her.

Aerith spins around, ponytail whipping behind her. She yells, "Cloud, you're finally here!" She runs towards Cloud with her arms wide open and jumps into Clouds open arms. He lifts her up slightly, and they spin around a few times before finally stopping, smiling widely and staring at each other for a good couple of seconds.

"Welcome home, Cloud."

Cloud grabs Aerith's face and we finally see them kiss and the camera pans out, with yellow petals flying in the wind and their couple theme song plays (yes I'm manifesting a couple theme song in ff7 revelation 🙏🏻).

Ichiruki Thoughts of the Day:

Soooo...should I like reread bleach 😅😭? I fear all the sudden re-exposure to the series and fandom has got me feeling super nostalgic and I realized I still miss ichiruki so so much.

B-BUT the ending tho...the ending urgggh 😭😭😭. I just don't know if I want to invest the time knowing how it ends. When I was following the series back then, my interest was already starting to wane as life got busy, and the story moved so slow. And then well, the ending landed, and boy did I checked out hard. So angry, so disappointing.

I just feel like recapturing all my favourite story moments and ofc ichiruki moments ♥️. I fear I'll never be able to jump off the ichiruki ship 😭😭😭. Anybody feel the same 🥲?
