First time I was slightly over-enthusiastic with the squeezing, and it tasted like 7-Up coffee. But just a light squeeze and it compliments it well. In fact you’ll here coffee hipsters describe good coffee with words like “sour”. So adding a sour taste makes sense. Give it a try, what do you think?
