Done with the first week of classes. Despite a hiccup on Tuesday, everything went fairly smoothly. Done with the reading for this week and next week’s pre-reading, so I’m going to go hibernate for the rest of today and tomorrow ✌🏼

I’ve been reflecting on last term and thinking about the upcoming weeks a lot recently. I’m really proud of my work ethic so far this academic year, and it’s clearly paid off – I got my first marks back, and managed to get a really good First in an essay I thought I’d bombed.
The next ten weeks are going to be absolute mayhem, between newspaper stuff (including conferences, prepping for the national awards, elections, and putting out our exec’s last issues), coursework, and personal relationships. Honestly? I’m totally ready for it and I cannot wait to see what 2018 has in store for me.
