Oops| Closed Starter

Izzy woke up from her nap suddenly, eyes wide. She got up and rushed to the bathroom, barely getting the door closed before she started throwing up into the toilet. 

It had been about two months since Galen had proposed to her- and since she found out she was pregnant. She had been hiding it from him pretty well, trying to find a way to tell him, but it was getting difficult. She now had cravings all the time, and if she wasn't craving food she was throwing up or fixing to be. She had to tell him soon. 

She was thinking about how to tell him, as she continued to throw up and groan, she didn't even hear the front door open as her fiance got home from work.

Izzy's hands started shaking, her head in one of them. No.. No it couldn't be.. Not.. Not Izzy.. She wasn't ready for this. What would Galen say? Would he throw her out? Send her away? Would he even want it? 

She whimpered softly, trying to calm herself down as she stared at the little plus sign. Pregnant. She was actually pregnant. This was actually happening. Izzy had always wanted to be a mother, but was she ready for this? Was she ready to have a child? She knew Galen would love to have kids, but what he didn't know what that Izzy's kids would be shadow-walkers.. 

They would be like her.. She wasn't sure if they would look like her in her form, or like the actual shadow people. How could she explain this to him? No.. No she couldn't tell him.. Not yet.. 

She didn't know how long she had been sitting in the bathroom when she heard him come home.
