This weekend has been one of the most scary weekends of my life. Recovery includes lows, highs and everything in between. Sometimes recovery gets overwhelming and you feel backed into a corner and at your lowest low. But having a support system and a safety plan can prevent some dangerous situations. I'm grateful for having the courage to reach out for help when I needed it most.
