Favorite part of the night! It's when I know I can officially stop fighting and just relax. I love the way this knocks me out even though I still struggle with staying asleep from time to time. These meds make a world of difference. And yes, I really do get in bed at 8pm every night if I can. I'm sleep between 9:30p-10p and don't officially wake up until 6am. I'm happy with my schedule.
