ander told omar that he could sleep with other people bc he wanted him to be happy and not suffer with him through his illness. omar told him the exact same thing in s2 when they were struggling to be together bc of omar’s family. they did this bc their happiness matters more to each other even if it’s not with one another. they don’t want either of them to suffer while they’re together and if this doesn’t tell you everything about their relationship then idk what to tell you
