So a few weeks back this amazing mom (Nichole's Nerdy Knots) in Lewisville, Tx decides she is going to crochet a bunch of Pokemon Balls & Characters to hide "in the wild" at local Pokestops (Totally out of the kindness of her heart.) She tags her creations with #CrochetGo. So this inspired people all over the world to do the same thing. A #CrochetGo Facebook group was started, people are coming together, pro-crocheters are teaching newbies, it's amazing! Nichole also shared her Pokemon crochet patterns for free (on Ravelry.com), which was how someone like me, who's never crocheted in my life, was able to make these Pokeballs! I love that something so simple has turned into something so good. Kids and adults alike have been overjoyed finding these little treasures while they are out playing PokemonGo. And I can't wait to add some to my local park and spread a little happiness! Three cheers for Nichole and her #CrochetGo movement!
