I found Cookie dead in his quarantaine tub

I’m so sad. He was alive an hour ago, when I changed the water. I even tested for ammonia in the old tank because I thought he was acting a little lethargic, but nothing was wrong with the water, so I thought it was probably stress of being alone in the tub and decide to leave him alone after the water change. The new water was the same temperature, same pH, oxygenated, no ammonia, no nitrite, no other weird things in the water. 

And an hour after that I found him dead. 

I honestly don’t know what went wrong. I did an autopsy and saw a some weird things, esspecially concerning the gills. But I’m not exactly sure what the cause of death was. :( I’ll do some more research.
