Today as our director @sdan1elz was speaking to a great group of kids from the Jersey City Gators football program this afternoon. G1ving back to the community today out in Jersey City NJ at Lincoln park. Our CEO Stacey Daniels speaking about the importance of sports performance training at the grade school sports level. We are developing a curriculum of training for all sports. Trying to get my weight up this afternoon in the gym with my teammate @fresh_believethehype who had my spot with these 90lb Dumbbells through these bad boys up for 5 reps gotta start challenging myself to be bigger and better.
