Regarding your most current reblog about Disney "not supporting a the LGBTQA community": they actually had tried to integrate a lesbian couple into their show Good Luck Charlie but when they did, people literally sent death threats to the main character Charlie, who was 4 years old at the time.
yIKES, tbh I’m not surprised people are dicks. but thanks for telling me. I’d never heard of Good Luck Charlie. But they could do something with their main films and stuff, even just a supporting character and with adult actors who can consent to the possibility of abuse. trying once then running away from it is weak as hell. I know it concerned a child’s possible safety and I respect they protected her. however the lack of any other diversity in their characters is pretty upsetting to me.
