I have previously posted about my mum a while ago.
*quick catch up* she has MS, depression and a number of other illnesses so she doesn't get out much. She took up knitting and crocheting just after I did about a year ago.
She sent me this picture the other day. The first clothing item she has ever crocheted.
I'm so proud of her, it really gives her a purpose and keeps her excited and happier.

#happymothersday to my part-time gig buddy, full-time super mum! We have shared many awesome gig nights together from Foo Fighters, Guns N Roses, Muse, even Ghost, who my mother swore she would never see (still trying to get her to see Slipknot though haha). I enjoy doing this with her and bonding over music. We share songs and artists with each other all the time and while we don't always overlap, when there are bands we share, the passion we have for them are strong. I've enjoyed converting her to barrier life and I think my fave gig memories with her come from the Muse tour as we were barrier or near enough for all 3 shows we attended together. People think my mum is quite cool for coming to rock gigs like that as their mothers wouldn't do that, so that makes me happy. Thank you mum for molding me into the music fan I am and taking me to my first gig ever. From that day, I've caught the bug and I'm so grateful we have been able to share many amazing nights together.
